What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, business name, website, the services you're interested in, an optional budget range and your message.
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the site securely. If analytics are enabled, we measure anonymous usage (pages visited, device type) only after you consent.
Why we use it
We use form data only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Analytics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax law.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to run this site and our email — for example our hosting and email providers. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside Serbia or the EU under appropriate safeguards.
